§ 40.215 What information about the DER do employers have to provide to BATs and STTs?

Current wording, first on file in the 2001 annual edition.

govinfo, 2012 edition ↗
Before Jan. 1, 2017 the record is one snapshot per annual CFR edition, revised as of October 1. This is the 2012 edition's wording. An amendment that took effect between Oct. 1, 2012 and Oct. 1, 2012 would not appear until the next edition, so check the citations below and the Federal Register for exact effective dates.

As an employer, you must provide to the STTs and BATs the name and telephone number of the appropriate DER (and C/TPA, where applicable) to contact about any problems or issues that may arise during the testing process.
