§ 381.520 What will the FMCSA do with the results from a pilot program?

Current wording, in the annual edition revised as of Oct. 1, 2001.

govinfo, 2007 edition ↗
Before Jan. 1, 2017 the record is one snapshot per annual CFR edition, revised as of October 1. This is the 2007 edition's wording. An amendment that took effect between Oct. 1, 2007 and Oct. 1, 2007 would not appear until the next edition, so check the citations below and the Federal Register for exact effective dates.

At the conclusion of each pilot program, the FMCSA will report to Congress the findings and conclusions of the program and any recommendations it considers appropriate, including suggested amendments to laws and regulations that would enhance motor carrier, CMV, and driver safety and improve compliance with the FMCSRs.
