§ 375.603 When must I tender a shipment for delivery?

Current wording, first on file in the 2003 annual edition.

govinfo, 2011 edition ↗
Before Jan. 1, 2017 the record is one snapshot per annual CFR edition, revised as of October 1. This is the 2011 edition's wording. An amendment that took effect between Oct. 1, 2011 and Oct. 1, 2011 would not appear until the next edition, so check the citations below and the Federal Register for exact effective dates.

You must tender a shipment for delivery for an individual shipper on the agreed delivery date or within the period specified on the bill of lading. Upon the request or concurrence of the individual shipper, you may waive this requirement.
