At 80 FR 52647, Aug. 23, 2013, § 365.301 was removed, effective Oct. 23, 2015. At 80 FR 63702, Oct. 21, 2015, the effective date was delayed to Sept. 30, 2016. At 81 FR 49553, July 28, 2016, the effective date was further delayed to Jan. 14, 2017.
