§ 350.339 What are tolerance guidelines?

Wording first on file in the 2000 annual edition, superseded July 24, 2020. The section was then removed.

govinfo, 2004 edition ↗
Before Jan. 1, 2017 the record is one snapshot per annual CFR edition, revised as of October 1. This is the 2004 edition's wording. An amendment that took effect between Oct. 1, 2004 and Sept. 30, 2005 would not appear until the next edition, so check the citations below and the Federal Register for exact effective dates.

Tolerance guidelines set forth the limited deviations from the FMCSRs allowed in your State's laws and regulations. These variances apply only to motor carriers, CMV drivers and CMVs engaged in intrastate commerce and not subject to Federal jurisdiction.
